When does the pre-payment for my first month start?

When you sign up for an nbn® plan, we’ll take payment for your first month’s access upfront. This pre-payment then sits on your account as a credit until your service is activated.

Example:

Let’s say you order your nbn® plan on the 10th of the month, and your service is activated on the 20th.

Your pre-payment will cover your service from the 20th of this month through to the 19th of the next month.
