When do charges start for my service?

Your monthly charges kick off once your nbn® service is activated at your property. We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as activation is complete and that’s when billing begins.

Heads up: This activation date might be different from the day you plug in your Wi-Fi router.

To make the most of your nbn® plan, we recommend plugging in your Wi-Fi router as soon as you receive our activation email. That way, you’re ready to go and can enjoy your service from day one!
