Do I need to supply my bank account details at sign up?

No. Bank account details are not required at sign-up. We only collect credit or debit card details during sign-up to cover any upfront charges, such as:

- Your first month’s plan fee (for NBN or mobile)
- Any Wi-Fi router costs (if applicable)

These card details are securely stored and used for your ongoing monthly payments.

💡 Tip: Bank account direct debits don’t attract processing fees, and you can switch to this method later via the Self Care Portal.

After your order is processed, we’ll send you an email with instructions to set up your preferred payment method securely.
